| First formed in the early
1980's and based for many years at the Brand Hatch racing circuit .
Our monthly meeting attracts owners from all over the nearby counties
with invites taken up by other like minded clubs. The group has visits
from some of the most popular Ford & Classic car magazines. The
diversity of cars we have within the group ranges from the earliest
Mk1 RS Escorts, a Group B RS200, the mighty Cosworth cars and
Focus RS.
The group prides itself on being an approachable
friendly club, holding a monthly meeting throughout the year that is
always well attended even through the winter months. There are many
members whose interest in the club go beyond just owning an RS car.
Many take part in track days and we even have a few concourse entrants
who regularly do well at the RS Owners Club National Day & regional
events.
